Dekomart takes immense pride in the quality of our curated decor. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we provide a structured resolution process.
Return Window
Return requests must be formally submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this 48 hour window will not be eligible for consideration.
Mandatory Unpacking Video / image To protect both the customer and the brand, a continuous unpacking video/ image is required to
process any claim regarding damage or missing items. The video must clearly capture:
1. The intact, original seal of the package.
2. The full unpacking process in one single take.
3. The specific condition of the product and any reported defects.
Failure to provide a valid unpacking video will result in the immediate rejection of the return or refund request.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
● Unused and in its original condition.
● Stored in its original packaging with all tags intact.
● Free of any signs of wear or damage caused post-delivery.
Refund Disbursal
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that individual
bank processing times may vary
